Job summary

nCino, Inc. is recruiting for a Business Development professional to open doors with banks and financial institutions across Europe. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and BDG to build expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System and the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or a similar role (cold calling, email prospecting, leads).
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Self-starter with strong results track record.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Prospect across defined territory using calls, email, social networking and campaigns.
• Research accounts to understand priorities and craft personalised messaging.
• Build rapport and uncover pain points and goals.
• Schedule product demos turning conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Expand our European Salesforce database with high data quality.
• Log activity in Salesforce and build territory reports and dashboards.
• Manage inbound leads alongside Marketing and support pipeline progression.
• Share best practices with Marketing, Sales and BDG colleagues.
