Perk is seeking a Bid Manager for South and Central Europe based in Madrid, Spain. The role coordinates end-to-end bid processes, collaborates with sales to tailor responses, and maintains bid templates and libraries to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in bid management, fluent English and French, with Spanish as a bonus, and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of bid management experience.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish bonus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Experience with bid management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the entire bid process from initiation to qualification and submission.
• Collaborate with sales teams to tailor bid responses to client needs.
• Develop and maintain a bid library with templates and documentation.
• Write, edit, and proofread bid documents for clarity and compliance.
• Liaise with customers/prospects to clarify requirements and update on progress.
• Assist in pre-tender information gathering and strategy development.
