ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG in Madrid seeks an EU Sales Support and Bid Management professional to coordinate end-to-end tender processes across local sales teams and global solution centers, including HQ in Munich.

The role analyzes tender requirements, manages bids, and liaises with stakeholders to ensure compliant proposals. You will maintain the A&D system solution portfolio in SAP, support price negotiations, interface with marketing for sales collaterals, and minimize project risks in

Responsabilidades

• Global interface between EU local Sales Teams and T&M Solution centers in Spain, US and India.
• EU Sales Support: act as the primary contact for EU local sales teams for the A&D system solution catalog and price requests.
• Bid Management: own, manage, and coordinate end-to-end proposal and bidding processes with local sales teams, global solution centers and HQ in Munich.
• Analyze tender requirements and manage the tender process end-to-end.
• Manage the bid process and lead communication with stakeholders (local sales teams, 3rd party, internal HQ departments, customers).
• Interface with T&M solution centers to define the most suitable technical solution.
• Prepare and submit compliant proposals to local Sales based on the System Architects' design.
• Support local Sales in price negotiations with Customer.
• Assess and minimize project risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Product Portfolio Management: Maintain the A&D system solution portfolio and catalog in SAP, coordinating with global T&M solution centers.
• Marketing Collaboration: Interface with marketing to create and align sales collaterals.
