Perk is seeking a Bid Manager for the DACH market to lead and coordinate the bid lifecycle, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to tailor high-quality responses for client needs across Europe.

You will develop a bid library, write and edit bid documents, gather stakeholder requirements, and provide market insights to improve strategies. Fluent English and German are required; Spanish is a plus; Salesforce and Google Workspace experience preferred.

• Minimum 2 years in bid management and writing.

As Bid Manager DACH, you will lead and coordinate the bid lifecycle to win new business and expand in Europe. You’ll partner with sales and cross-functional teams to tailor high-quality responses that meet client needs, while building scalable bid templates. You’ll influence strategy with market insights and bid performance data, driving competitive advantage. This role offers a hands-on chance to shape how Perk wins in the DACH market and beyond.
