Qualifications

• Analytical, interpretative and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in consulting within the pharmaceutical industry with evidence of career progression.
• Minimum of 1+ years project management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple consulting projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for life sciences clients.
• Lead client communications and ensure client satisfaction post-delivery.
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership to teams and develop client reports and findings.
• Coach 3-4 staff and support recruitment and learning initiatives.
• Develop broader consulting methodologies and contribute to intellectual property.
