Qualifikationen

• University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, etc.).
• Commercial experience in the healthcare sector (minimum 3 years).
• Minimum of three years of experience managing teams in the healthcare sector.
• High level of English (minimum C1).
• Fluency in software operating systems, such as MS Office and CRM systems.
• Availability to travel frequently.

Aufgaben

• Lead staff following policies and regulations and drive professional development.
• Oversee hiring for Medical Sales staff and onboarding tools.
• Ensure staff have materials, systems access and training to perform duties.
• Coach and mentor managers and deliver projects with profitability.
• Develop and maintain customer interfaces and long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
• Provide forecasts and support business development and pricing discussions.
