IQVIA is seeking a Compliance Senior Consultant to lead and deliver client-facing engagements in life sciences. You will develop project plans, oversee deliverables, and collaborate with Engagement Managers and Principals to meet contractual goals.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, guiding teams, and presenting analyses and recommendations. You will mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and identify opportunities while ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution.

Formación

• Minimum 4–6 years strategic management consulting or legal experience, preferably with a Big 4, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting or law firm.
• Undergraduate degree or MBA/JD or another master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Entrepreneurial, independent worker, organized, self-motivated.
• Analytical and quantitative: comfortable with numbers and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and compliance/risk management is a strong plus.

• Support in growing the organization.
