IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead and deliver high-quality, innovative research and consulting solutions for global and regional pharmaceutical clients. You will manage day-to-day projects, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while collaborating across geographies and IQVIA teams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, oversee client relationships at HQ levels, and shape strategies with primary research and IQVIA data assets to ensure strategic impact for clients.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or market research.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across geographies.
• Act as day-to-day project lead and trusted advisor for key clients.
• Develop and deliver integrated research and consulting solutions.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
• Coach junior team members and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.
