Midea Europe, based in Madrid, is seeking a proactive SSC Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the setup and ongoing improvement of the Europe HR Shared Service Center. You will focus on payroll transformation, vendor management and multi-country benefits administration, collaborating with local HR, Finance and external providers.

The role requires strong data accuracy, stakeholder management and fluent English, with additional European languages a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration or related field.
• Around 6 years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, data accuracy prioritized.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax, and statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support Europe payroll transformation projects, vendor transitions and calendar alignment.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes for multiple European countries and validate submissions.
• Assist benefits administration including meal vouchers, pensions and insurance across Europe.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and contribute to SOPs and process improvements.
