Job summary

ANV seeks a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage accurate payroll operations across Europe, with a focus on the UK. You will collaborate with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely processing, compliance with local laws, and cohesive benefits administration across UK and EU entities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with ADP payroll systems. You will support audits, payroll migrations, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, HR or related field preferred.
  • Significant payroll management experience in UK & Europe; familiarity with multiple countries helpful.
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality; strong organizational skills and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and software tools; knowledge of UK/Europe tax and wage laws.
  • Full professional English and Spanish; Italian/Swedish/French a plus; ADP payroll experience expected.

Responsibilities

  • Lead international payroll processing for UK and EU payrolls.
  • Audit monthly payroll data and prepare annual tax documentation.
  • Support payroll audits and related projects; provide ad hoc support as needed.
  • Oversee pension and benefits administration for UK & EU entities.
  • Maintain payroll records and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Reward Manager on benefits deductions and renewals.
