Nippon Gases is seeking an Innovation Intern for its Early Talents Program in Madrid, at the European Headquarters, to join the European Innovation team and report to the Innovation Director. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating and advancing innovation opportunities across several business areas.

No prior professional experience is required; academic projects or internships in analytics or data-related roles are valued. Fluent English and strong teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• AI and digital productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in evaluating new technologies, startups and innovation partners.
• Conduct market, technology and competitor research to spot trends.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.
• Help organize innovation events and networking activities.
• Support innovation projects and strategic initiatives Europe-wide.
