JA Solar in Madrid seeks a Senior Business Analyst Europe to support the Digitalisation Europe team. You will gather stakeholder requirements across Europe, translate them into actionable specs, and coordinate digitalisation initiatives with HQ teams in China and local business units.

You will also perform market and commercial analysis to inform sales decisions, track progress, and drive successful delivery of cross-functional projects within the European region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–8 years in business analysis, digitalisation, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, ideally with EU and China teams.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce/Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Chinese mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements across European departments and HQ stakeholders.
• Translate needs into structured requirements for the Digitalisation team.
• Coordinate digitalisation projects with milestones, actions, and follow-up.
• Prepare analyses and ad hoc insights to support management decisions.
• Analyze market developments to support Sales and management decisions.
