Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review development and permitting status of potential acquisitions, identifying risks and milestones.
• Assess onshore wind, solar and battery storage opportunities and routes to ready-to-build.
• Assist M&A colleagues on financial modelling and valuation to inform decisions.
• Support live transactions from initial assessment through signing and closing.
• Prepare recommendations and investment materials for senior stakeholders.
