Paylocity is seeking an EUC Support Analyst based in Guadalajara to provide expert end-user technical support for workstations, software, laptops, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot on-site, off-site, and virtually, with backup for AV support at events and manage IT assets.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, collaboration with escalation teams, and delivering an outstanding user experience across a fast-paced IT environment.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in corporate technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, MAC OSX and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and networking basics.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and software deployment systems.
• Ability to document processes and train others.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of issues and drive to full completion, including escalations.
• Communicate full resolutions to customers during incidents.
• Serve as escalation point for technically complex tickets.
• Plan and organize work, manage multiple projects, meet SLAs.
• Provide exceptional end-user experience and collaborate with team.
