TD SYNNEX seeks an EU Pricing Strategy Partner to drive margin improvements across Endpoint Solution markets. You will leverage SAP, Excel, and Power BI to develop pricing frameworks, analyze performance, and engage stakeholders across multiple countries.

This role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years in related fields, with travel up to 30% across Europe. The ability to translate data into actionable plans in a matrix organization is essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years in profit management, pricing, or financial consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering margin improvement projects in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing Excellence: Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margin components to ensure accurate margin management and prevent leakage.
• Margin Optimization: Analyze country-level performance, identify leakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage SAP and other tools to extract, validate , and interpret data for decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams to align on goals and deliver results.
• Process Improvement: Standardize and optimize profit management processes across countries for scalability and efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report on margin improvement initiatives.
