Boundless Life in Estepona, Spain, is seeking an experienced hospitality operations lead to manage housekeeping and apartment readiness for families. You will coordinate cleaning, turnover, inventory, and vendor relationships with a hands-on, service-driven approach.

You will live locally, speak English and Spanish, and build strong ties with teams and families while maintaining high standards and efficient processes in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience within operations/housekeeping management.
• Experience in the hospitality industry with customer interaction.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee apartment cleanliness and functionality.
• Manage housekeeping team (in-house or agency) to ensure standards.
• Create cleaning schedules and ensure SLA compliance.
• Be hands-on during turnover weeks to prepare apartments for families.
• Respond to guest requests and issues with fast solutions.
• Build relationships with local housekeeping agencies for peak seasons.
• Manage inventory, linen, and education hub supplies.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are implemented across properties.
