Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated guest experience and operations leader to manage a portfolio of Ukio apartments. You will drive the guest journey from check-in to post check-out and use data dashboards to optimize operational performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication in English, French and Spanish, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Weekend work is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, operations management, property management, or customer-facing roles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data.
• Proven ownership of KPIs and cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication in English, French and Spanish.
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently in dynamic environments.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to guest experiences.
• Experience with CRM or case management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Able to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for all guest-related cases, ensuring fast, empathetic resolution.
• Oversee the full guest journey from check-in to post check-out.
• Take ownership of an assigned portfolio of Ukio apartments.
• Monitor operational performance and address risks.
• Use data dashboards to analyze metrics and implement improvements.
• Lead post-case reviews and implement long-term solutions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Property Management and Quality teams.
• Monitor and control budget and operational KPIs.
• Make autonomous decisions impacting service quality and portfolio results.
• Work weekends.
