Eterniti is seeking an Operations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a hybrid office setting, based in Barcelona. You will liaise with guests, coordinate services, and work across teams to ensure smooth arrivals and outstanding service.

We value 2+ years in 4*/5* boutique front offices, strong communication, and a proactive, flexible attitude. Fluency in English and French is essential; Spanish is a plus. Office at Talent Garden, Barcelona.

Formación

• 2+ years at front office of a 4*/5* boutique hotel.
• Experience in fast-growing company is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to handle stress and stay organized under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a great guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Liaise with guests before/during/after stay via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Coordinate airport transfers and at-home services.
• Collaborate with local staff to fulfil guest requests.
• Oversee arrival management and guest registrations; issue invoices.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and provide solutions.
