Qualificações

• Fluent French is required for frontline recruitment.
• Good command of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent and professional communication, both by telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset; experience with multinational environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation.
• Ensure participation targets using varied communication channels.
