IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, seeks French-speaking recruitment professionals to join its Madrid Production Hub on a seasonal basis. You will build a solid pool of doctors for market research studies, establish trust, and maintain updated records while supporting multilingual trainings and internal communications.

The role requires a French native speaker with strong English, excellent attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
