IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for a panel supporting market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub.

You will establish trust with participants, maintain up-to-date information, and conduct follow-ups by phone and email to maximise engagement and questionnaire completion.

Diversity and collaboration with a multinational team are core, and you will contribute to ensuring high participation rates through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings/meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical mindset with strong numbers/metrics skills.
• Experience in multinational environments is advantageous.
• Documentation, mailings, translations of text passages may be required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and manage follow-up to build engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors through diverse outreach channels.
