IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our panel recruitment team at the Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a pool of doctors for market research studies, inviting participation and guiding them through questionnaires.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, strong communication by phone and email, and collaboration with a multinational team. English proficiency is required, and experience in large corporations is a plus.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
