Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, establish trust, and manage professional records to support ongoing market research studies.

In addition to strong communication and organizational skills, you will engage with a diverse, multinational team and contribute to high participation rates across studies. This role emphasizes integrity and collaboration within IQVIA.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors by using multiple communication channels and arguments.
