Qualifications

• Identifies skill gaps among operational talent and reports them to ensure talent utilization.
• Conducts talent assessments to identify high-potential operational talent for specialized positions.
• Assists in creating tailored development plans for operational talent, focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares updates to clients on operational talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations.
• Supports the identification and matching of short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents.
• Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization.
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
