Randstad Spain is seeking talent development professionals to identify skill gaps, assess high-potential operational staff, and create tailored development plans. You will support clients with workforce optimization and help match short and long-term opportunities for operational talents.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies skill gaps among operational talent and reports them to ensure talent utilization
• Conducts talent assessments to identify high-potential operational talent for specialized positions
• Assists in creating tailored development plans for operational talent, focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities
• Prepares updates to clients on operational talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations
• Supports the identification and matching of short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents
• Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
