Job summary

Impress in Barcelona seeks a Lead ERP Solutions Architect (Odoo) to own Odoo 18 across all entities. You will define back-office architecture, drive finance automation, and manage cross-functional integrations with CRM, orders, and warehousing.

Based onsite with the HQ teams, you will ensure compliant, scalable processes in a fast-growing health-tech environment. The role demands deep Odoo depth, multi-country experience, API thinking, and a strong business sense to align finance and operations

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Odoo expertise (16/18), across accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and sales.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-country setups with intercompany and local tax regimes.
• Ability to define and defend system boundaries between ERP and CRM.
• Fluent English; based in Barcelona and willing to work onsite.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Odoo 18 across all entities: modules, config, integrations, and roadmap.
• Set target architecture for back-office operations and migrate processes.
• Drive finance automation: bank connectivity, AR reconciliation, automated payments, PO, inventory rollout.
• Manage integrations between CRM, ERP, orders, shipping, catalog, and tax configuration.
• Ensure compliance and auditable practices across markets with e-invoicing.
• Oversee external Odoo delivery partners to meet scope, quality, timeline.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, accounting, logistics, and clinic operations.
