NTT DATA is seeking an experienced z/OS Systems Specialist to join our Madrid mainframe team. You will support the z/OS host communications subsystems and related products in a large-scale environment, ensuring security and data integrity across TCP/IP, VTAM, and IPsec policies.

You will work in a multi-functional team, participate in 24x7 coverage, and coordinate changes via ITIL-aligned processes. Strong problem solving and collaboration with operations and applications will be essential.

Formación

• Experience in administering file transmissions products such as Connect:Direct and FTP, or as a user of these products.
• Knowledge of z/OS and z/OS utilities.
• Understanding of z/OS networking services, structure and related software and protocols.
• Understanding of network security disciplines (IPSec, TLS/SSL, certificates).
• Experience of problem management from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
• Understanding of the Change Management process.

Responsabilidades

• Being part of a multi-functional team, supporting IBM mainframe networks and transmissions products and infrastructure.
• Participation in support rota providing 24x7 cover.
• Perform TCPIP Port Reserves (Additions, Deletions, Changes)
• Perform VTAM updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes)
• Manage OSA Adapters in a complex mainframe environment
• Perform VTAM PU/LU updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes) including Enterprise Extenders (EE)
• Implement AT-TLS rules (digital certificate management).
• Configure and manage IPSEC policies (permit/deny rules, VPN- ipsec tunnels)
• Trace, Debug and Error Analysis
• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure Network connectivity and security (may involve some after hours and weekend work)
