TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager - Technical Solutions to drive growth by translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions. You will bridge engineering and commercial teams, lead discovery sessions, and develop compelling proposals for multi-vendor collaborations across Europe.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with strong solution-selling and account-management capabilities, operating in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in IT or related industries.
• Strong business development and solution-selling background.
• Ability to influence and persuade at C-level in discussions.
• Proven track record in account and portfolio development.
• Strategic planning and business case development skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix and multinational environments.
• Confident decision-maker and proven negotiator.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technical and executive stakeholders.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with vendors, partners and sales teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals.
• Support partner and vendor recruitment, onboarding and enablement.
