SUSE is seeking a Premium Support Engineer to provide post-implementation support for enterprise customers, troubleshooting issues and delivering timely resolutions. You will build strong relationships with technical and management staff, aligning SUSE solutions with customer business needs.

The role emphasizes open source values, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem prevention. Fluency in German and English is required, and occasional work outside standard hours may be needed.

• Proven technical skills in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions and troubleshooting customer issues.
