Quantum Metric, a remote‑first analytics leader, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region. You will guide technical strategy for enterprise deals, connect with diverse audiences from product teams to C‑level executives, and position the platform as a critical component of digital transformation.

You will design tailored demos, lead POCs, and collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Engineering to ensure successful onboarding and a compelling value narrative.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English and German; additional European languages preferred.
• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre‑Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software.
• Sales acumen in complex, multi‑layered enterprise deals.
• Stakeholder management with technical teams and C‑suite executives.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
