Job summary

Sabia Personal is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of enterprise deals across the region. You will map data flows, lead security reviews, and present deployment patterns and activation strategies for advertising and CRM platforms.

You’ll translate growth use cases into buildable data designs and defend the solution with the customer’s data and stack. You will report to the regional GTM leader, travel ~25% across Europe, and work closely with account executives and delivery

Qualifications

Extensive experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, data engineering or consulting for enterprise buyers.
You read customer data stacks and can map data flows, access paths and integration needs.
You can present to CTOs and engineers, and know when something is not feasible.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy from discovery to signed scope and documentation.
Lead security reviews covering encryption, access control, retention and data boundaries.
Present deployment patterns, ML model flows and activation into advertising/CRM platforms.
Translate growth use cases into buildable data activation designs.
Run architecture walkthroughs, respond to live questions, and validate with customer data.
