Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Client Success Partner for the Enterprise team. You will support our largest clients in their digital training strategy, building strong relationships with HR executives to drive usage, adoption, and impact of our solution.

You will coordinate resources across teams, empower clients with our Enterprise positioning, and work toward renewal or new contracts for accounts in your portfolio, with milestones at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success or HR/Learning/Change Management or Digital Learning leadership.
• Experience handling Enterprise accounts (2000+ employees) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in French and English (B2 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Support our largest clients' digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.
• Build relationships with HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer, Digital Learning Manager).
• Coordinate technical, pedagogical and other resources to drive adoption and renewals.
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and identify new project opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Define learning transformation roadmaps and coordinate timelines with clients.
