Lever, Inc. is partnering to fill an Automation Engineer (Customer Service) role in Spain. You will design and build automated workflows, AI-powered agents, and self-service experiences that reduce manual effort in customer operations.

The position blends backend engineering with applied AI, requiring hands-on work with REST APIs, LLMs, and workflow tools. You will own automation from design to deployment in a fast-moving, international environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering, focused on automation or backend development.
• Strong Python development skills for production-grade automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating multiple systems.
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, or applied AI technologies.
• English proficiency and ability to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build agents and automation scripts for quota processing in Customer Service.
• Develop self-service workflows for billing and data requests.
• Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered agents to resolve tickets.
• Develop and maintain N8N workflows for notifications and operations.
• Integrate automation with Jira, billing systems, and internal platforms.
• Contribute to Terraform configurations and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Maintain and improve automation as volumes grow.
• Collaborate with CS and engineering to automate repetitive processes.
• Evaluate technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
