Teleperformance seeks an Account Manager for Sales Ads Direct to manage a portfolio of SMB clients, acting as the trusted advisor and primary contact on our Client’s platform.

You will tailor advertising strategies to client goals, drive upsell opportunities, and deliver regular performance reviews with data-driven insights. This role requires strong English communication and a proven sales background in advertising.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies for SMBs.
• BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression showing strong functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients advertising on our Client’s platform, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop understanding of each client’s business goals and deliver tailored advertising strategies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and forecast revenue.
• Adapt quickly to evolving client needs and platform updates.
