Perk is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team, guiding delivery of scalable, high-quality features aligned with our Tribe's mission. You will balance hands-on technical influence with people leadership and coaching to drive performance and excellence.

You will partner with Product Management to shape long-term roadmaps and enable cross-functional collaboration, ensuring architecture, design, and implementation stay aligned with business goals.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
• Experience leading teams of 8-10 engineers.
• Hands-on software engineering background with architecture and design skills.
• Proven culture-building and delegation abilities.
• Strong problem-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Deliver and develop your team, acting as a servant leader and supporting career growth.
• Foster high-performing culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Champion technical excellence with time and context for robust system design.
• Enable effective collaboration across the team on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Develop and evolve a long-term strategy and roadmap with Product Management aligned to Tribe goals.
• Strategic team building and planning to deliver highly available, scalable features.
• Participate in recruitment and growth of the engineering team.
• Work with business metrics to deliver a 7 star customer experience.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders within Builders (Product and Eng) and wider business.
