Perk is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team to lead a multi-platform engineering group responsible for shared infrastructure across web, iOS, and Android. You’ll partner with staff engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact foundational work.

You will guide a team through strategic initiatives like synthetic monitoring, SDLC acceleration, and contextual notifications while ensuring engineering quality and scalability.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
• Able to manage 8-10 engineers and scale teams.
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering is preferred.
• Proven ability to build a positive, productive culture and develop people.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and develop your team, acting as servant leader to engineers.
• Champion technical excellence and set the context for system design and quality.
• Lead performance reviews, mentorship, and career growth for team members.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to align on roadmaps.

• Balance immediate delivery with long-term platform sustainability and strategy.
