Perk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on owning end-to-end features, from understanding customer pains with the product team to coding, deployment, and measuring impact. You will drive engineering excellence, ensuring reliable and simple systems powering a global platform.

You will work in cross-functional squads with autonomy to shape technical solutions, contribute to the roadmap, and mentor others while aligning with architectural standards and business goals.

Formación

• Translates complex business goals into technical roadmaps and prototypes.
• Architect scalable, evolvable systems and data models for performance and maintenance.
• Defines engineering standards including CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
• Establishes frontend patterns with state management and testing coverage.
• Delivers sophisticated backend solutions with APIs, caching, and data migrations.
• Leads observability, SRE practices, and incident response planning.
