Colliers is establishing a Technology Hub in Madrid and is seeking an experienced Manager of Software Engineering to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. The role blends people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical stewardship, operating within architectural and operational standards.

Formación
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management.
- Experience delivering software using agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing software engineering teams across product lines.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and ensure quality and reliability of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with product management to identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR).
- Promote engineering excellence with code reviews, CI/CD, automation and documentation.
