Pluxee is looking for a Software Engineering Manager in Madrid to lead the development and delivery of software applications. This role involves supervising local delivery teams and ensuring engineering best practices are followed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and managing technical teams, as well as strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office per week.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering/application development.
• 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades
