Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH in Madrid seeks an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our new Technology Hub. You will design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise software, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders across regions.

You will work in a hybrid model (remote & onsite) and help shape technical direction while mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality solutions for a leading global real estate company.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in .NET software development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices and API development.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and modern data stores.
• Cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficient in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to work with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Implement scalable B2B software using the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Contribute to architecture discussions and participate in code reviews.
• Define coding standards, documentation and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps and QA across regions.
• Mentor junior engineers and take technical ownership of production systems.
