Colliers is establishing a Technology Hub in Madrid and seeks an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering high-quality software solutions in line with business goals.
You will balance people leadership with technical stewardship, drive on-time delivery, and ensure security and scalability across our product portfolio in a hybrid work model in Madrid.
Formación
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in management.
- Hands-on with modern development practices, open-source stacks, agile, DevOps, cloud-native architectures.
- Experience delivering software using Agile and iterative delivery.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of secure development practices and compliance (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC2).
Responsabilidades
- Lead and grow cross-functional software engineering teams.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to manage risks and blockers.
- Ensure security, reliability, and release readiness.
- Support agile delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Promote engineering excellence through code quality, CI/CD, and automation.
- Track KPIs and align processes with DevOps and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, SOC2 and global standards.
