Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies engaging stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Lead change management activities for major engineering initiatives, ensuring adoption and readiness.
• Design and deliver learning and capability-building solutions aligned to business needs.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable messages.
• Partner with Engineering leaders, HR, L&D, Communications and project teams to embed learning and change into programmes.
• Measure effectiveness of communication, change, and capability initiatives using feedback and adoption metrics.
