• Proven ability to manage capability development and driving adoption of new solutions.
• Strong change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and analytics.
• Experience designing customer-centric learning programs leveraging AI and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to connect learning to business impact with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across global stakeholders.

• Partner with countries and Super Users to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design personalized learning journeys to accelerate adoption and proficiency.

• Lead the Commercial Academy evolution into a learning and performance ecosystem.
• Develop change management strategies for sustainable adoption of new solutions.
• Build stakeholder networks and communities of practice across markets.
• Measure learning effectiveness, readiness, adoption, and business impact.
