Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business or related field.

• Lead change initiatives across the DCR Digital Customer Support & Satisfaction program.
• Collaborate with project managers and deployment leaders to align roadmaps.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and communications.
• Measure impact and ROI of digital adoption.
• Provide training and documentation to stakeholders.
