QuietLab LLC. is seeking a remote Creative Lead for seven-figure monthly ad spend across products. You will own the creative bets—from market research to scripts, briefs, editors, and performance-driven iterations.

If you love direct response, data-driven copy, and uncapped upside, this is your seat. You will run the full loop: research, hypotheses, briefs, video reviews, and rapid iterations, with AI (Claude) as a daily tool.

Qualifications

• Native-level English, written and spoken, able to resonate with US consumers.
• Proven record of direct-response ads that generated seven-figure results.
• Strong at research and VOC—customer data, surveys, competitor ads.
• Skilled at translating performance data into briefs and creative hypotheses.
• Proficient in using Claude AI across the workflow (research, copy, analysis).
• Excellent at giving and receiving direct feedback.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Responsabilités

• Research & Ideation: weekly customer/VOC/competitor research to form bets.
• Direct Response Copywriting: write hooks, short-form scripts, ads.
• Briefing & Video Review: craft briefs, review every video to launch-ready.
• Performance analysis: monitor signals, kill/scale/iterate, test hooks.
• Leverage AI daily to enhance research, copy, and ideation.
