Centrient Pharmaceuticals seeks a Customer Service professional in Barcelona to own the end-to-end order life cycle for assigned accounts. You will provide real-time support via phone and email, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain accurate customer master data.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales or call centre, English proficiency at least B2, and strong communication skills. A local contract in a dynamic, global team awaits.

Formación

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for End-to-End Order Life Cycle for assigned accounts (PFI, Confirmation, Order Booking, Cleaning, Dispatch and Documentation).
• Dedicated real-time customer support via phone, meetings, and email.
• Responsible for meeting KPI’s related to customer segmentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor status and drive fulfillment of open orders and in-transit deliveries; escalate when needed.
• Align with sales managers on demand allocation and deviations.
• Handle batch allocation per customer requirements; share documentation as per CMS.
• Plan shipments (rolling months) for domestic, export, and intercompany shipments.
• Communicate proactively with Customers, Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Handle price/quantity complaints and coordinate returns with logistics.
• Maintain customer master data records.
