ESSCA campus in Málaga seeks an Employer Relations and Student Experience Officer to implement corporate relations on campus and promote ESSCA’s values. The role focuses on creating opportunities for students and strengthening links with industry and the local ecosystem.

You will coordinate partnerships, support student transitions to work, and contribute to the campus experience, engagement, health, wellbeing and inclusion in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years (ideally 5–7) in employer engagement, partnerships or employability.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate and maintain a network of external partners.
• Promote career opportunities and interactions between students and employers.
• Organise company visits, meetings and events for international cooperation.
• Monitor partnerships, MOUs and work placement schemes with the admin team.
• Contribute to a strong student experience and campus life strategies.
