Job summary

ESSCA Málaga campus seeks an Employer Relations and Student Experience Officer to drive corporate relations on campus and promote student employability. You will support student engagement, with a focus on health, wellbeing, inclusion and a strong sense of community.

You will build partnerships with industry, coordinate events, and report on outcomes while collaborating with an international team to elevate ESSCA's presence and opportunities for graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in employer engagement or related field.
• Experience in partnership development and employability programmes.
• Ability to work in an international context and across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain a network of external partners (companies, recruiters, institutions).
• Promote career opportunities and interactions between students and the socio-economic sector.
• Organise events and visits to enhance campus reputation and student employability.
• Coordinate partnership agreements and MOUs with the admin team.
• Support student life initiatives and engagement through effective communication channels.
• Monitor activities and prepare reports with performance indicators and recommendations.
