Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Coslada, Madrid, seeks an Inside Sales Support professional to assist both internal teams and external customers. You will coordinate quotations, orders, and communications, while supporting events and cross-functional initiatives to drive growth.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales/technical sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong PC skills including SAP/Oracle and Salesforce CRM.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a sales/technical sales or service environment (compressed air or related sectors).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) level B2.

Responsabilidades

• Support Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate sales events, training, factory visits, meetings, and trade shows.
• Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver customer and sales team support both remotely and onsite.
• Manage databases, commercial communications, and sales materials.
• Analyze sales performance and provide reporting to commercial leadership.
• Deliver training on sales tools and processes.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities.
