Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Branding & Loyalty Programs Manager for CSS EMEIA to drive brand excellence and customer loyalty across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. The role leads branding harmonization, develops loyalty programs, and ensures global brand guidelines are implemented regionally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programs, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, brand implementation, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience working within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives.
• Knowledge of customer retention, customer experience, and loyalty program development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branding initiatives across EMEIA region for CSS businesses.
• Develop loyalty programs to improve customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, digital, operations, sales, and support teams.
• Define program KPIs and measure impact on participation, retention and revenue.
• Monitor brand standards and ensure consistency across markets.
